Amrâth Grand Hotel Frans Hals

“I’m very touched by the care and support Team Frans Hal gave me when I was a guest there in November. I had an allergic reaction to something (still unknown till today) and the team did what they could to make me feel better. Firstly, one of the lovely night shift staff (sorry didn’t ask for his name but it was 9/11/2025) rang the after hours nurse for me and I had a Telehealth consultation. The nurse told me that she’ll send the prescription to the hospital for me to collect. I was so distraught and in a bad way that I forgot to ask for her name and which hospital she sent the prescription. Teeuw was amazing and he did his best to track down the name of the nurse and the hospital. Thanks so Teeuw. He then organised for a taxi to take me to the hospital and the taxi waited for me to pick up the prescription and took me back to the hotel. When I got back to my room, I found a box of chocolate with a card from the team. It really made me feel better and it was so sweet and kind of them. I would like to thank Siobhan (head of housekeeping), Amber, Teeuw and the lovely night shift staff for their support and making sure that I’m ok. Thank you and keep up the great work guys”
