“Google Maps indicate it open until 6 PM, but that's actually for the shop section; the cafe closes at 5 PM. It's always a good idea to check the website too. Our experience turned out to be a bit sad though the cafe itself was lovely. My 25 months old son especially enjoyed the large train track. We entered the cafe after 4:30 PM, believing it was open until 6 PM. A staff member came to me at 4:50 PM to ask for additional orders, as the "kitchen" was closing soon. I ordered an extra muffin, as I was planning to stay till 5:30 PM. I mistakenly thought that "closing kitchen" meant only drinks would be available afterward. However, I started to feel strange when the muffin I ordered was just brought to my table without a plate or cutlery. I understood the situation by observing the other customers and then checked the website to confirm the actual opening hours. I had a little hope that the playing area is open till shop closing time but her answer was no, because they would clean them too. (Good to know that they clean the toys, btw) I couldn't prepare my son to leave the play area, and he started to cry. I felt really sorry for him. As the cafe section was closing, I brought my son into the shop section to calm him down. I bought a toy for him as an apology, but he cried again soon and tried to run back to the cafe section for the train track. I had no choice but to catch him, put him in the stroller, and then left the shop while he's crying loudly. I promised him we'd come back again soon at a much earlier time.”
